Who are your cleaners?
Every A+ team member is vetted and trained on our dorm-cleaning checklist before their first visit, so you get the same standard every time.
Do I need to be in my room during the clean?
No. Many clients schedule cleans while they’re in class. We’ll coordinate access with you (and your residence, where required) when you book.
Can I pause my plan over exams or breaks?
Yes. Just let us know ahead of time and we’ll skip visits during reading week, holidays or exam season.
What’s included in a Standard Clean?
